Welcome! The GEB Team says Hi!
And the team is honest. We are not the best. And probably, not the most beautiful either. But, definitely we stick together no matter what. It is true; there are many people like us trying to “steal” off your time. Some of them manage to do so, and we do not know if this achievement can be seen necessarily as a quality.
The lines above have been written in the introduction of the first GLOBAL EVENTS BUSINESS magazine, more than three years ago.
Meanwhile, after a series of changes, leavings, comings, drawbacks and progresses we’ve turned eventually into something we have always been longing for. INTO A TEAM. Of course, the current team is not entirely the one who first started this adventure. The press world is a field where not anyone is fit to survive. But, with your support, the GLOBAL EVENTS BUSINESS readers, we have grown up and managed to find our own way.
So, today, you may find in our magazines the names of: Viorel Costea, editor-in-chief, the one and only who signs editorials, scripts, delivers speeches, gives signings, writes checks etc. The column of Economics is delivered to you by Mr.Aurelian Ţugui, who succeeds in putting a smile on our faces despite the word-wide sadness. And, Mihai Rotariu from Politics manages to transform this smile into a big laughter which comes after having read his witty political analysis. The recreation goes on smoothly with a hot serving of music, served kindly by piano player Ioana Maria Lupaşcu, in the column of ”Culture”. This comforting trip ends with the interviews signed by Andra Miron,always on the job, where the Romanians left abroad talk about their experiences, and they always greet us warmly: “Only the best about Romanians!”
The road we have set the foot on is always surprising. Some of these surprises will be published in this magazine too, step by step. (The surprises occurred are quite something: awards, speeding tickets – while rushing to take the awards, naturally – contests, interviews…)
